Aunt Sarah's Visit

Thanksgiving!

We have so much to be thankful for. Over the Thanksgiving Holiday, my sister Leah and her husband Ryan came from Yuma, AZ. They brought along my little niece Hannah Grace. What a cute little chunk. We love her to pieces! My parents took a position at a church in Nebraska, so this was the last Holiday we will spend with them for a while, or at least until the Lord brings us together again. We know that God has plans for us. We sometimes wish that He would make them known, but our lives are for His glory, so we live as unto Him and trust His sovereignty. Thank you Jesus for our loving family. You have given us such grace. I am truly blessed to have the best immediate and extended family anyone could ask for. We are loved.

Visit with the Krouts!

Well, it doesn't happen very often, but the Krouts had the opportunity to come and visit us for a few days. Auntie April, Lolo and Lola came to see the babies. Michaela (4), Brooklynn (2) and Silas (11 mo.) were thrilled to get to spend time with the Grandparents. The weather has been fantastic and it just seems that life is a little better when it's cooler outside. We had a great time. Come back soon.

October!

This was a great day. After going to Tehachapi (the mountains), we made our way down to a farmers market that had a maze and pumpkin patch. What a blast! This is a picture of the girls on a hay stack playing with their dearest Auntie April. Silas is having a bite of black licorice.

I have recently been asked to lead the singing in our church on Sunday mornings. We have a great church. God has been good to us. We stay involved with our small groups on Tuesday nights and it is a great spiritual benefit to all of us.
